Gary Steven Scott, age 60, passed away at his home on Saturday December 24, 2016. He was a graduate of Sardis High School and Crump Technical School. He was employed by Penske Trucking Co. as a diesel mechanic for 31 years after retiring in 2011. He was baptized into the Church of Christ in 1977 and spoke after of his faith. He loved hunting, fishing, and collecting fire arms. He was Dale Earnhardt fan and enjoyed working on his 1965 Chevrolet pickup. Survivors include his three children; Jeremy Scott, Ken Scott, and Amber Marie Scott, one brother, John Scott, his mother, Wanda Scott and many loyal and caring friends who brightened his day, for which his family is thankful for.
