Wilby Jean Smith, 71, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016. Services will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay. Burial will be in Pilot Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6-9 at the funeral home.
