Celebration of Life Service for Anderson O’Neal Proctor, 82, of Decatur, will be Friday, Dec. 16, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church with Brother Brian McLaughlin officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Proctor passed away Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016. He was born Nov. 12, 1934 to James and Mary Proctor. He worked for Mutual Savings Insurance Company for 44 years and he was a lifetime member of Fairview Baptist Church. Mr. Proctor was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Proctor and his parents.
He is survived by his children, Dwight Proctor (Kim), Mike Proctor (Cheryl) and Theresa Nelson (Greg); grandchildren, Ryan Proctor, Baley Glaze, Nolan Proctor, Hunter Nelson and Hollie Nelson; and brothers, Ed Proctor, William Proctor and Alton Proctor.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Proctor, Nolan Proctor, Hunter Nelson, Alec Barbee, Drew Glaze and Phil Watkins.
