Sarah Ann Dugger, 52, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 1 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in McGee Cemetery, Waynesboro. She was a daughter of Lou Ann Brewer Dugger, of Waynesboro.
