Hazel Shockley Robertson died peacefully at her home on December 13, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Joseph Gordon Robertson; and her parents, Edgar Davis Shockley and Jodie Ashworth Shockley.
She is survived by her children, Rebecca Eastep (Billy), and Susan Lang (Jack). Also surviving are her siblings, Sara Frees, J.M. Shockley (Joan), Louis Shockley (Violet) and Dean Shockley (Rhoda); grandchildren Chris Campbell (Joni), Jodie Sproul (Marc), Levi Lang (Karen), and Thad Eastep (My-Hanh); five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to her loving caregivers who cared for her in the last years of her life: Brenda Stephens, Cynthia King, and Tracey Swann.
Visitation with the family will be at Berryhill Funeral Home, Friday, December 16, 1:00 to 2:30. p.m. with a memorial service immediately following with Brother Mylon Metcalf officiating.
