David Lewis Putman age 53 of Pulaski, TN passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Putman was born April 24, 1963 in OH to William Putman and Reba White Putman.

Preceded in death by his parents, William and Reba Putman; one sister, Henrietta Robertson.
Survived by one son, William Putman and wife, Ashlee; one step-son, Jonathan Holladay and wife, Tiffany; one daughter, Stephanie Putman; two step-daughters, Jessica Braswell and Rebecca Griffin and husband, Sammy; 9 grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers, Tommy Putman and Michael Putman; one sister, Pam Putman.
