Edward “Sonny” Bass passed away Monday evening, December 5, 2016, at NHC of Pulaski. He was a cattleman and businessman in the Stella Community and was 79 years old.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, was a member of Giles County Cattleman Association, received the Lifetime Cattleman’s Award, served on the board of directors of the Giles County Co-op, loved wood working, and a member of the Stella Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 1:00pm Thursday, December 8, 2016, in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral home with Pastor Brandon Bass officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stella Cemetery.
