Ruby Linda Staggs Dixon, 69, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Shackelford’s Chapel, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 1 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Shields Cemetery, Waynesboro. She was the wife of James Willard Dixon, of Waynesboro.
