Brian O. Cowley, 35, died Nov. 28, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m. Friday at Abundant Life of Jesus Christ with inhumation to follow in Decatur City Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 10-6 at Reynolds Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
