Ethel Langham Abernathy, 83, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016. The public viewing will be noon-8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Red Bank Missionary Baptist Church, Town Creek, with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery, Town Creek. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
