Annie Ruth Hanback – Obituary

annieAnnie Ruth Hanback, 85, of Florence, passed away November 21, 2016. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church; a graduate of Central High School; and she was retired from H.D. Lee Manufacturing.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3:30 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Rev. Greg Burnett officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hanback was preceded in death by her parents, Kelcey and Vivian Palmer; and sister, Willodean Palmer.

She is survived her husband Hartis Hanback; daughter, Connie Hanback; granddaughter, Kelsey Thrasher all of Florence; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Donna Phillips; and special friends, Linda Martin, Mary Crowder Wells, Sue Wallace Gibbs, and Faye Lovell.

Active pallbearers will be Tommy Hanback, Jeff Hanback, Sam Hanback, Joey Oakley, Don Montgomery, and Ken Bourn.

Lenis Patterson, Dr. Ty Ashley, and Dr. Anjum will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Special thanks to the nurses on 3rd floor and Palliative Care at E.C.M. Hospital, and the nurses at Mitchell Hollingsworth Rehab.

Memorials may be made to St. John United Methodist Church.
