Jean McAfee, 83 of Spruce Pine, AL, passed away on November 16, 2016, at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, AL.
She has been a lifelong resident of Franklin County and was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until noon at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Services will follow at noon in the chapel at the funeral home with burial at Dempsey Cemetery in Russellville. Officiating will be Dr. Scott Delashaw and Bro. Gary Yielding.
Pall bearers will include Harold McAfee, Kerry McAfee, Phillip McAfee, Jim McAfee, Daniel McAfee and Caleb Lampert.
Survivors include children: Harold and wife Sharon; Kerry and wife Karen; Ann Lampert and husband Andy; Doris Holderby; and Phillip and wife Karen. She is also survived by one sister Nila Jo Ricks, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Mrs. McAfee was preceded in death by her husband Wade McAfee.
