Hubert Ray Motes, 70, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Akins Funeral Home. The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Spruce Pine Cemetery.
