Wayne Burnett, age 61 of Houston, Alabama passed away November 7, 2016. He was a self employed truck driver, attended New Home Baptist Church and The Rock Family Worship Center and was retired from US Army National Guard.
Visitation is Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 12 noon- 2:00 p.m. at New Home Baptist Church, Moreland Community. Funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at the church, with Donny Gaither , Nicholas Burnett, Danny Page and David Elliott officiating. Burial to follow in Moreland Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Laney Burnett, sons, Mickey Burnett (Bonnie), Bradley Burnett(Crystal), Nicholas Burnett; grandkids, Jack Cody Burnett, Saylee Burnett, Raven Burnett, Riley Burnett, Brooke Hosford, Kylia Hosford and special little girl Aubree Grace; brothers and sister, Raymond Burnett (Jenny), Gail Burnett, Danny Burnett, Marty Payne and Don Adair.
He was preceded in death by father, Pete Burnett, mother, Maudine Adair; brother, Charles Burnett, sister, Cathy Hamby.
