Winforde Gayle “Bitsey” Luhrs, age 76, Florence, AL (formerly of Russellville) passed away on Sunday, November 06, 2016 at ECM Hospital.
Bitsey was a member of North Wood Church of Christ in Florence.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 09, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville, AL. The funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Brian Giselbach officiating. Burial will be at Sparks Chapel Cemetery in Russellville.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, John (Jack) Luhrs; adopted daughter, Tereasa Burcham (husband, William); and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Estell West; and brother, Wilburn West.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
