Rodney Wayne Woodruff, age 67, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Monday, November 07, 2016. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 09, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Brother Will Rushing will be officiating. He was a member of Woodward Avenue Baptist Church and retired from Local 455 after 30 years of loyal service as a Boilermaker. Rodney loved his family, dogs, and beach trips.
Preceded in death by parents, Price and Reba Woodruff.
He is survived by wife of 43 wonderful years, Nancy Howard Woodruff; daughter, Cortney Chancy (Jim); grandsons, Lockard and Price Chancy; brother, Robert Bray (Dot); niece, Sandra Bray; aunt, Jeanette Grissom, beloved pets, Tucker and Robin, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members..
