Jamie Bryant Dellinger – Obituary

jamie-dellinger-1478277622Jamie Bryant Dellinger, age 64, of Middleton, passed from this life Friday morning, November 4, 2016 at her home.

A native of Bolivar, she was born January 27, 1952 to the late Arlin Bill Bryant and Neola Sue Crowley Bryant and lived most of her life in the county. She formerly worked at Kilgore and Spectrum and in construction work. She was very creative, loving to paint and fix things up. She enjoyed ‘tinkering’ with things and working in her garden with her flowers. Her family states that she was a good homemaker and excellent mother. She was a Baptist in faith.

Survivors include a daughter, Randi Smith (Brian) of Bolivar; three sons, Johnny Dellinger of Middleton, Keith Dellinger of Jackson and Kevin Dellinger of Middleton; a sister, Betty Moss of Saltillo; three brothers, Tom Bryant of Toone, Glen Bryant of Medon and Steve Bryant of Hornsby; five grandchildren, Paige Dellinger, Kayla Bissett, Kendall Dellinger, Addy Kate Smith and Dalton Smith; and two great grandchildren, Bentlee Grace and Paislee Jane Bissett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy White and Peggy Bryant; 5 brothers, Mark, Randy, Rodney, Jim and Albert Wayne Bryant; and her first husband, who died in Vietnam. The family requests memorial donations in her name be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org/donate) or the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org/donate).
