Jeremy Scott Cook of Huntsville died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 in Huntsville. Born in Decatur in 1975 to Ronald Cook and Glenda Diane Young Cook, Scott was a loving father, son, nephew, cousin and friend to many. He was a voracious reader and he enjoyed researching for and collecting historical artifacts.
Our beloved Scott was survived by his son, Calvin Cook of Decatur; his father and stepmother, Ron and Melanie Cook of Florence; his siblings, Keith Young, Meghann McKinney, Beth Lawrence, Katie Hoffman, Paige Smith and Erin Jenkins.
Preceded by his sister, Regina Young.
Services to celebrate his memory are Thursday, Oct. 27th, 4 p.m. Rhodes Ferry Park in Decatur (large pavilion).
