Frank Wilson Guthrie, age 75 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Carbon Hill Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Carbon Hill Methodist Church, with burial at Old Pisgah Cemetery. Earl Freeman will officiate.
Mr. Guthrie was preceded in death by his Mother-Adelle Norris Guthrie; Father-Woodrow Wilson Guthrie.
He is survived by his Wife-Barbara June Guthrie of Carbon Hill; Daughter-Tammy Rena Guthrie of Jasper; Son-Frank Scott Guthrie (Heidi) of Jasper; Sisters-Bettie Jo Bell of Kennesaw, GA and Sue Hinds of Cullman; 5 Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Killingsworth, Wesley Killingsworth, Wil Guthrie, Louie Sandlin, Tom Yawn, Joe Pike, Ed Briggs, Roger Hill and Tyson Hill.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
