Funeral service for Helen Neal Sharp-Miller will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 1:00pm in the Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Stanley Reeves officiating with burial in the Roselawn cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ms. Miller passed away peacefully on October 22, 2016 at the age of 78 at Keller Landing after an extended illness. Helen was born on April 22, 1938 in Priceville to Shefton and Crucie Sharp. She married Willard Mason Miller who preceded her in death in 1985.
She is survived by her sister Brenda Sharp-Page of Tanner, her children, Mason Miller (Diana) of Trinity, Markham Miller (Rich Martini) of San Francisco, CA, Regina Miller-Ficklin (Garvin) of Trinity and Monte Miller of Harvest; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Helen graduated from Priceville High School. She worked for many years at Priceville Junior High in a number of capacities and spent 10 years with Volunteers of America where she was awarded Employee of the Year. She was a member of Community South Church of God.
