Neff, Elizabeth (“Betty”) Anderson. Betty died on October 22, 2016 from Parkinson’s Disease. She is survived by David S. Neff III, her loving husband of over 32 years, and her devoted children: Christopher Raymond Urbanz, of Herndon, VA; Timothy James Urbanz (Nipa), of Ridgefield, CT; Jennifer Lynn Urbanz (Clay), of Cave Creek, AZ; and Laura Cathleen Armstrong (Doug), of Kirkland, WA. She was the proud grandmother of Alexis (“Lexi”) Nattapa Urbanz, Emily Ann Perkins, Anderson Lewis Perkins, Nathan Jirakit Urbanz, Kaitlyn Alexis Armstrong, and Gavin Alexander Armstrong. She was the loving sister of Margaret Mary Anderson and Joseph Glenn Anderson (Lina). In 1983, Betty graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in English from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and she worked for over 25 years at the Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center. There will be no funeral services; instead, Betty requested that her ashes be scattered over a place forever close to her heart: Fish Lake in Oxford, Michigan.
