Edna Bryant Williams, age 91, passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2016. Visitation will be today from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Tom Phillips officiating. Burial will be at First Baptist Church Cemetery in Killen.
She was a member of New Beginning Church of Florence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie R. Williams; son, Robert Williams; daughter, Elizabeth Turberville; parents, Lester and Sarah Bryant; brothers, Chester Bryant, Thurman Bryant, and Gerald Bryant; and sisters, Minnie Hendrix and Betty Wright.
Survivors are her sons, Jerry Williams (Bonnie), of Killen, and Billy Williams (Deborah), of Florence; daughter, Regina Williams, of Killen; sisters, Onedia Potter, of Marianna, Arkansas, Wanda Crabb, of Baldwyn, Mississippi, and Joyce Macon, of Forrest City, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
