Ralph F. Vincent, age 73, Russellville, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Burns Nursing Home.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel.
