Funeral for Billy Glenn Terry, 84, of Moulton, will be Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 1 p.m. with Minister Jason Obert, Minister Calvin Jones, and Minister Donald Layman officiating. Burial will be at Landersville Cemetery. Visitation will be today, Oct. 10, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Terry, who died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, in Tuscaloosa, was born Saturday, April 2, 1932, to Luchion B. Terry and Hattie Mae Terry.
He was a member of Landersville Church of Christ. He served on the board of directors of The Citizens Bank for 18 years. He was founding President of Terry and Young Oil Company for 40 years and operated a farm for 25 years. He was preceded in death by brother, Donald Wayne Terry; and sister, Maxine Hutcheson.
Survivors include wife, Wynelle Terry; son, Darryl J. Terry; daughters, Belinda Mitchell (Johnny) and Lori Shelton (Ben); two grandsons, Myles Mitchell (Heather) and Hudson Shelton; two granddaughters, Juliana Boozer (Ryan) and Emma Kate Shelton; great- grandsons, Eli Mitchell, Owen Mitchell, and Parks Boozer; and sister, Shelia Latham.
