Bobby Davis, 76, passed away Friday, October 7, 2016, at his home. He was born July 18, 1940 to the late Robert Edward Davis and the late Gladys L. Lindsey Davis. He enjoyed fish fry’s, gospel singings, and family gatherings.
Services will be 4:00 pm on Sunday October 9, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Rev. O.D. Hester and Shane Raines officiating. Visitation will be tonight from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday October 8, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Davis; daughters: Patricia (Richard) Dyson, Shelia (Mike) Wilson all of Marietta, and Becky (Van) Carter of Troy; sons: Bobby “Pokey” D. Davis of Marietta and Eugene (Dawn) Davis both of Marietta; 10 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren; brothers: Hayden (Sheila) Davis and Carroll (Rose) Davis both of Guntown.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Lawrence Clifton Davis and sister, Barbara Ann Kritner.
Pallbearers are Eugene Davis, Pat Raines, Bobby Ford, Bill Smith, Patrick Streetman, and Craig Stuckey.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby “Pokey” Davis and R.C. Dyson.
