Frances Irene Shaffer, age 75, of Madison, Alabama passed away Monday, October 3, 3016 at her residence. Mrs. Shaffer was born in Illinois to Gerald and Camille Lunn. She is survived by her husband Rex Shaffer. No services have been planned at this time.
