Funeral service for Mary Louise South, 91, will be Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 4:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Hazel officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Humphrey died on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born November 8, 1924, in Morgan County to James W. Bates and Myrtle E. Jones Bates. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hermon Richard South, children, Hermon Leroy “Sonny” South and Linda Sue South and parents.
