Billy Dean Frazier, 78, formerly of Leoma, Tennessee, died Monday, Sept. 12, 2016. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at the funeral home chapel. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1953-1958.
