James Arnold Staggs, age 72, of Leoma, TN passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and a retired roofer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleve James and Clara Rubert Staggs; one daughter, Donna Lynn Staggs; one brother, Noley “Bud” Staggs; and one granddaughter, M’Kayla

Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Kidd Cemetery at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 24, 2016, with Eddie Steadman officiating.
