Jackie Ray “Shep” Middleton, age 60, passed away Sept. 7, 2016. Jackie was a heavy equipment operator for T.J. Construction, loved hunting quail, Alabama football, watching NASCAR racing, his dogs Boo Boo, Mandy and Cooper, and all his friends. He attended Abundant Grace Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Middleton, and brother, Glen Middleton.
He is survived by wife, Cheryl Middleton; mother, Nettie Middleton; stepdaughter, Misty (Harlie) Shrader; brothers, Dale Middleton, Robert Middleton, and Phillip (Geraldine) Middleton; sister, Reba Middleton; grandchildren, Ava and Gavin Shrader; and nieces, Megan Smith and Emily Gunnel.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Spring Hill, Tennessee. Pastors Steve Pochop and Steve Butler are officiating. Interment in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Ethridge, Tennessee. Pallbearers are Tommy Childress, John McAnally, Darrin Montgomery, Todd and Tim Marlin, and Charlie Reed.
