Billy Leo Bailey, 78, of Loretto, passed away September 3, 2016, at South Tennessee Regional Healthcare in Lawrenceburg. He was of the Nazarene Faith and retired from the State of Tennessee as a Nuclear Gauge Engineer.

Parents: George Washington Bailey, Sr., and Lena Mae Short Bailey
Siblings: Bonnie Schaffer, Marvin Bailey, George Bailey, Jr., Acie Bailey,
Frank Bailey, and Jim Bailey.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00am at Pleasant Point Nazarene Church. He will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery in Loretto.
