Billy Wayne Mitchell, 59, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Dempsey Cemetery, Russellville.
