Robert Eugene Brewer
FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department released a statement concerning a BOLO issued Tuesday, August 30 of a stolen vehicle and the recovery and arrest of a suspect in the case:
“Robert Eugene Brewer was arrested overnight after being caught in possession of a stolen vehicle.
The vehicle was reported stolen yesterday afternoon from North Franklin Street and a BOLO was issued.
Overnight patrol officers located the vehicle and witnesses identified Brewer as being the driver. Brewer was located near the vehicle and taken into custody.
Following speaking with detectives, Brewer was arrested and charged with Theft of Property 1st. He is currently held in the LCDC on bond totaling $5,000.00.”
