Merle Brown, 85, of Rogersville, passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016.
A graveside service will be today, Aug. 29, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Miller Cemetery with Randy Butler speaking. Pallbearers will be Rodney Lash, Nic Lash, Jesse Creekmore, Josh Butler, Randy Butler and Robert Butler.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Brown; infant son, Jody Brown; daughter, Lori Brown. She is survived by her children, Clara (Wayne) Lash, Tim (Sheila) Brown, Benja Creekmore (Lee Rager), and Jamey Brown; grandchildren, Rodney (Heather) Lash, Nic (Kayla) Lash, Amillia (Josh) Butler, Shannon (Leigh) Partrick, Jada Brown (Colby), Jesse Creekmore, Jordan Creekmore, and Chante Michael (Trevor); great-grandchildren, Caylin, Breelyn, Shane, Chloe, Addy, Ellie, Jasper, and Bentley; and sister, Doris Butler.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
