Mr. Billy Partain, Jr., age 38, died suddenly Saturday, August 13, 2016 at North MS Medical Center. He was born August 29, 1977 in Sandwich, IL to Billy Oliver Partain and Bertha Rodgers Partain. He grew up in Saltillo and lived in Tupelo much of his life. Billy was a machinist. He was a talented drummer and loved music.
A celebration of his life will be at 11 AM, Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Dr. Phil Ellis officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 AM to service time.
He is survived by his parents, Billy O. Partain (Babs) of Saltillo; two sons, Jay Partain at Ole Miss in Oxford and Dusty Partain at Northeast Community College in Booneville; sisters, Nora Partain McDaniel (Rob) of Oakton, VA and Patsy Ann Anderson (Fred), all of Saltillo; step-brother, Daniel Riley (Tiffany) of Potts Camp and step-sister, Mary Noland of Ingomar; a nephew, Robert Kyle McDaniel (Katie). He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Lee Partain.
