Mrs. Janice Faye Layne Griffith, 65, passed away Monday August 8, 2016 at the hospital in Sewanee, Tennessee. She was born April 7, 1951 in Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her father, Amos Layne; sister, Geraldine Rogers.
She is survived by her son, Michael Ray (Jackie) Griffith, Whitwell mother and step-father, Hester and Hugh Floyd, Gruetli-Laager; sister, Patricia Coppinger, Gruetli-Laager; grandchildren, Zachery, Nekeia, Emily, Breezie and Tori Griffith; nephews, Erik Rogers and Stacey Kilgore; niece, Angela Green.
