Alice “Ruthy” Belew, 83, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2016. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Hinestown Cemetery, Lewis County, Tennessee. She was a homemaker.
