FLORENCE-The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library has announced two new events that will take place in August. There will be a book signing and a movie screening, both events will be something you will not want to miss.
Book Talk/Signing: Becoming a True Disciple by Dr. Stephen Gray
Sunday, August 14, 2:00 pm
Florence-Lauderdale Public Library
International revivalist, missionary, and church planter Dr. Stephen Gray will visit the library to talk about his new book Becoming a True Disciple. The book is targeted to people who are tired of: playing church, no real spiritual growth, not getting healed from the past, controlling leadership, and being entertained and not discipled. Dr. Gray has a PhD from Midwest Seminary in Biblical Studies and Discipleship. He has ministered in the U.S., Israel, Europe, Africa, Jamaica, and Mexico. Dr. Gray will also sell and sign copies of this book. For more information, call 256-764-6564, ext. 28.
