Joan V. Fowler departed this life on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at the age of 71 years and 11 days. She was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on July 23, 1945, the daughter of the late Aubrey and Dorothy Johnson Parker. On October 10, 1960, she was united in marriage to Jerry Fowler, who survives.
Joan was an admissions clerk for Tri-County Nursing Home in Adamsville, Tennessee. She was a loving wife, best friend, and will be missed. She was gloriously saved in 1973.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jerry Fowler of Savannah, Tennessee and grandson, Jerry Austin Fowler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Allen Fowler and sister, Joyce Goldsby.
