Alice W. Riley, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. Mrs. Riley was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Riley, Jr., and four brothers and four sisters.
She was a member of Valley United Methodist Church, the Huntsville Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution, the Walter Aston Chapter of Colonial Dames XVII Century, and Magna Charter Dames.
Survivors include children, Charles L. Riley III (Roseanne) of Winter Garden, FL, Kathryn R. Goyer (Robert) of Huntsville, Carolyn E. Riley of Melbourne, FL, and Janet Riley O’Connor (Mike) of Philadelphia, PA; brothers, Robert C. Weldon of Birmingham, and Lelus M. Weldon of Hueytown; three grandchildren, Rob Goyer (Daniela), Rachel Smith (Stanley) and Lucas O’Connor; and great-grandchildren, Nathan Goyer, Alisa Goyer and Brekyn Smith.
Private services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
