Funeral service for Ethel Tuder, 87, will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Al Dean officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs.Tuder died on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at her residence. She was born September 12, 1928, in Morgan County to Jess Nelson and Nola Echols Dobbs. She was a loving and devoted mother and friend of the Community, with recognition by the Town of Somerville with the “Community Service Award”. She was a member of the Somerville United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Somerville Civitans Club. She was preceded in death by her husband: Elbert Tuder, Jr., a son: Harold Tuder, her parents and a brother: Howard Dobbs. The family wishes to express their thanks to the “Hospice of the Valley” for all their care.
