Mrs. Elkins was a native of Tuscumbia, AL. A LPN for Buffalo River Services. Funeral Services will be held Friday July 22, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Sammy Wallace officiating, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday July 22, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
