Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Chelsea Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Pastor Terence Haley officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Elder Rooks will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2016 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Royal Funeral Home.
