Funeral services for Margie Ramona Brown, age 81, will be Tuesday, July 19, 2016, 1 p.m., at Ark Family Worship with the Rev. Brad Roath and the Rev. Mark Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Brown, who died Sunday, July 17, 2016, at her residence, was born in Morgan County, Alabama to Virgil Cramer and Dellar Hudson.
She is survived by her husband, William A. Brown, of Decatur, Alabama; brothers, Hershel Cramer, of Huntsville, Alabama, and Harlan Cramer, of Decatur, Alabama; sisters, Juanita Wakefield, of Decatur, Alabama, and Betty Carpenter, of Decatur, Alabama; sons, Ellis Taylor III (Pam), of Hartselle, Alabama, Stanley Taylor (Lisa), of Decatur, Alabama, and William Alton Brown (Denise), of St. Peters, Missouri; daughter, Charlotte Sapp (Larry), of Moulton, Alabama; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Artimus Cramer, and sister, Christine Doyle.
Pallbearers are Zachary Taylor, Mikie Cox, Myles Reed, Michael Harris, Adam Warren, and Bly Sandlin.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
