Wallace G. Campbell, 83, of Hazel Green, passed away Thursday.
Mr. Campbell was a Korean War veteran, retired from NASA and a member of Park City Holiness Church. He was also owner and operator of W.G. Campbell Grocery of Hazel Green for 14 years.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years: Bonnie S. Campbell; four children: David Campbell, Greg (Lisa) Campbell, Timothy Campbell, and Susan (Joey) Cantrell; sister: Ann (Tommy) Biles; six grandchildren: Amanda (Jeremy) Hyatt, Todd (Amy) Campbell, Jacob ( Hailey) Campbell, Wilson (Brandi) Campbell, Kathleen Campbell, and Makenzie Cantrell; and five greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Paul Stover and Rev. David Kittrell officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hyatt, Todd Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Wilson Campbell, Don Harris, Allen Treece, Gary Neeley, Ronnie Cooper, and Stanley Stinnett. Burial will be at Concord Cemetery.
