Mr. Milton Dale Cook, 66, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at North MS Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be Saturday at 11 AM in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. A graveside service will follow at 4 PM at Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery, near Carbon Hill, AL. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 PM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to service time.
