Billy Joe Robinson, 78, of Rienzi, MS, died Friday, July 1, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Robinson was retired from K&B Trucking, the company he operated with his late wife, Kathryn. He is survived by their three children, Lynn Hey of Branson, MO, Chris Robinson of Tampa, FL, and Kelly Barlow of Gillette, WY; three grandchildren, Mandy Mason, Kate Barlow, and Graham Barlow; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Laura Stanfield of Sheffield, AL, and Jean Rutledge of Iuka. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Elizabeth Kathryn Strickland Robinson; and his parents, Lee and Sally Robinson of Burnsville. A private service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Burnsville Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
