Winona ‘Winna’ Louise Knipper, passed through the pearly gates of Heaven into the arms of Jesus on June 30, 2016.
She was 76 years old being born May 7, 1940, the daughter of the late Henry Clay (H.C.) and Lucille Murley.
Winna was preceded in death by a sister, Wille Mae Kursave, and a brother, Herman Lee Murley.
She was a member of the Deanburg Baptist Church.
In 2011 she retired from Kenny Pipe & Supply.
Winna is survived by her husband of 54 years, Archie Knipper of Henderson, her daughter, Kimberly Ross, son- in-law, Don Ross and twin grandchildren, Hunter and Kaitlyn Ross of Jackson. She is also survived by two brothers, Edward and Larry Murley, and one sister, Doris Siler.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday.
