Funeral services for Marie Fiddler, age 91, are scheduled for 3 PM, Sunday, June 26, 2016 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Beech River Cemetery. Ms. Fiddler passed away early Friday in Jackson. She was born February 10, 1925 in Henderson County to the late Will and Evelyn Rhodes Nichols. She was a Veterinarian Assistant for 35 years, working for Dr. Moore and Dr. Davis, enjoyed cooking and taking care of her grandchildren, and was a Baptist in belief. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Troy Fiddler; two sons, W. D and Stanley; and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include her four sons, Leon Fiddler (Kay), Troy Fiddler, Jr. (Rhodia), Terry Fiddler (Kathy), and Ricky Fiddler; two daughters, Judy Wood and Vicki Fiddler; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
