Lucy-Talley-1465306097Lucy Mae Talley of Pulaski passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Pulaski on July 6, 1925 and was 90 years old.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a devoted and dedicated church member of St. Rebecca P.B. Church.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 10th 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, June 11th at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Elder, Benny Waddle officiating.
Burial will follow in Talley Cemetery, Pulaski, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her, parents, Felix Talley Sr. and Samella Bell Talley, brothers, Felix Talley Jr. and Emmet Talley, sisters, Laura Lee Talley and Addie Lou Tucker.
She is survived by her,
Son, James William Talley of Pulaski
Son, Alvin Talley of Indiana
Daughter, Lois (Benny) Waddle of Pulaski
Daughter, Rosa Lee Gardner of Pulaski
Daughter, Glenda (Kenneth) Hedgespeth of Fayetteville
Daughter, Doris Jean Harney of Pulaski
9 grandchildren, Threasa, James, Beverly, Tyrone, Anitra, Kendrick, LaTonya, Veronica, and Whitney
8 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren
Brother, Robert Talley of Pulaski
6 sisters, Josephine Douglas of Indiana, Mary Talley of Indiana, Margaret Berry of Washington, Minnie (Joe) McElroy of Pulaski, Ella (Toby) Brown of Illinois, and Becky Nelson of Mt. Pleasant.
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
